About Tier8

The Organizational
Layer of AI

Most companies don’t struggle with AI because of the technology. They struggle because the organization isn’t ready. Tier8 exists to solve that.

Why We Exist

The gap is organizational, not technological.

AI adoption is accelerating faster than most organizations can absorb. Leaders are being asked to move quickly without introducing risk, empower teams without losing control, and invest in AI without clear operating models.

The result is predictable: fragmented experimentation, unclear ownership, growing risk exposure, and limited visibility into what’s actually working.

Tier8 brings deep experience in transformation, operations, and technology delivery to help organizations bring structure to this moment, moving from ad hoc AI usage to a governed, scalable, human-centered system.

Why “Tier8”

There’s always been an unofficial eighth layer.

Most technology models describe seven layers: hardware, data link, network, transport, session, presentation, and application. But in practice, there has always been an unofficial eighth:

The organizational layer.

It represents the people, processes, decisions, and behaviors that determine whether technology actually works in the real world. Tier8 is built on this idea.

Because AI success isn’t defined by what you deploy. It’s defined by how your organization operates.

How We Work

Intentionally different from traditional consulting.

Structured, not abstract

Clear frameworks you can apply immediately, not slide decks that sit on a shelf.

Focused, not bloated

Targeted engagements with defined scope. No sprawling teams, no endless discovery.

Enabling, not dependent

You own the system when we're done. Our goal is to make ourselves unnecessary.

The Founder

Andi Good

Founder, Tier8

Andi spent 15 years running enterprise programs, building PMOs, and leading complex programs through significant organizational change inside technology companies — the work of making sure technology investments actually land. Along the way, she built governance structures from scratch and stood up automation infrastructure that had to survive real organizational friction.

That experience is what RAISE OS is built from. Not a technical perspective on AI, but an operational one: what does an organization need to have in place before AI investments can deliver results? Supported by formal AI training including Harvard Business School’s AI for Leaders program, she built the assessment she knew was needed.

“The most important shift in AI is not technical — it’s organizational.”

The companies that succeed will be the ones that align leadership, governance, and execution, integrating AI into everyday workflows, empowering people with the right skills and guardrails, and continuously adapting as the technology evolves. This requires a new way of operating. That’s what Tier8 is built to support.

Our Mission

To help organizations adopt AI in a way that is responsible, effective, and human-centered, so that both the business and its people can thrive.
